Living with Plantar Fasciitis

Hi! I’m Amanda Porter, and I’ve suffered from Plantar fasciitis on and off for the past five years. This affliction of the heel of your foot can be quite painful. Should your plantar fascia develop a tear, you may notice a stabbing pain in your heel when you first get out of bed in the morning. Many of us who suffer from Plantar fasciitis tend to have re-occurrences. Not everyone will experience re-occurrences. Much of this will depend on the reason you have developed it in the first place. Some people that are more prone to Plantar fasciitis are runners, dancers, those who work on their feet, and overweight people. I want to share some of the things I’ve found to be helpful in easing my discomfort. I hope you find my tips to be of help.
